Starting today - 14 June - in Rome the "General States of Concentrated Solar-Thermal (CST) - The role of the sector in the ecological transition", a meeting organized by ENEA as part of the European project HORIZON-STE, supporting the Implementation of the Initiative for Global Leadership in CST.
The event involves the most influential Italian stakeholders in the concentrated solar-thermal sector to discuss together the state and development prospects according to the goals of the Green Deal.
One of the main purposes of the event is the consolidation of the national network of the main players in the sector to respond in a coordinated way to the new challenges towards the full exploitation of the potential of technology to supply clean thermal energy to industrial players.
Magaldi Power will speak at the meeting together with various representatives of institutions, industry and research. The day includes a visit to the solar park of the ENEA research center in Casaccia and the presentation of the Integrated Country Report, which analyzes the current situation of concentrated solar-thermal power in Italy with insights by representatives of industrial leaders involved in the realization of the first commercial plants, of the MITE, such as Daniele Novelli, and Marcel Bial, Secretary General of the European Association for Thermodynamic Solar (ESTELA), and of Ansaldo Green Tech and Eni.
